## Description About the Role We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will manage customer interactions primarily over the phone while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position requires someone who can communicate confidently, remain composed under pressure, and balance friendly customer interactions with efficiency and productivity.
