Eligibility Requirements

Open availability required for as needed shifts (day, evening, and overnight availability), Holiday and weekend availability is required, Shifts will range between 8-12 hours, rotating on-call schedule, cross-trained in multiple departments as needed, Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements, on your feet, thinking fast

Help patients navigate the registration process

Assist patients who may be ill

Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details

Adapt to interruptions from clinical teams during urgent care situations

Build rapport and ease patient concerns in real time
