Must Have

1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, High School Diploma, Ability to clearly communicate and understand both verbal and written English, Ability to utilize experience, process documentation, and logical thought process to determine course of action, Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines, Thorough knowledge of customer service standards Intermediate level, Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do.

Maintain contact with Technicians

Support Dispatch team

Give support to supervisors

Work with various departments

Receive accurate account of equipment failures

Dispatching and negotiating with technicians

Respond to customer identify appropriate skills

Recommend price changes

Define appropriate payment

Resolve on site scheduling

Resolve parts shipping issues

Review and work open tickets

Provide guidance on technical skills

Daily calls to technicians

Negotiate rates and schedules

Assist with scheduling team members

Lead process improvement initiatives

Provide certification of training

Train new team members
