Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word., Ability to take the lead and guide customers/agents to a resolution in a calm and assuring manner., Exhibits great problem-solving skills and the ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment., Excellent listening, communication and organizational skills as well as computer skills., Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice to Have

Insurance and customer service experience is a plus.
