At least 4 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity, Proven Experience in Financial Services and Tax-related industry, Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level), Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills, Solid organizational and time management skills, Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP, Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e. g. , Google Calendar), Proactive & confident with keen attention to details, Able to work on a graveyard shift, USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature, Working Webcam, Computer with at least 1. 8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM, Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection, Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

## Description Customer Success Representative (Financial Services) Client Industry: Tax and Financial Services Client Business Overview: The company specializes in tax preparation, client onboarding, and financial services. They are seeking additional support to streamline client interactions, documentation follow-up, and administrative processes. The business relies heavily on client communication, organized workflows, and software tools like Go High Level and Financial Sense. Goal: Improve client onboarding efficiency, centralize follow-up processes, reduce communication bottlenecks, and ensure smooth handling of tax-related client questions. And we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Handle client onboarding after sales close 2. Manage follow-ups and document collection 3. Answer tax-related questions (mid-level expertise needed) 4. Coordinate with sales and office teams 5. Manage inbound calls, redirect inquiries, and schedule meetings 6. Maintain communication threads in Go High Level 7. Support administrative projects and database updates 8. Take the extra mile to engage customers 9.
