Provide sales support to customers
Maintain stocking counter sales area
Keep counter sales area clean
Answer customer questions
Follow up on backorders
Assist customers purchasing material
Research products for customers
Provide product recommendations
Own counter merchandising
Generate leads for Account Manager
Network with customers
Maintain counter area
Clean merchandising displays
Inform buyer of low stock
Follow up on backorders with vendors
Provide customers accurate delivery dates
Process warranty claims
Handle account sales paperwork
Handle cash sales paperwork
Comply with all procedures
Find solutions for customer concerns
Find solutions for customer complaints
Perform other tasks as requested
