**Sales and Customer Service Representative – Dutch Speaking** _(Dutch and Belgian Market)_ At VELUX we offer you the opportunity to grow, shape your own career, and work in an international, sustainable company. We’re expanding our Online Sales team and are looking for a **Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative with a strong sales mindset** to support our web shops and marketplace customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. **What you’ll do:** * Provide **sales-focused customer service** via phone, email, WhatsApp and chat for the Dutch and Belgian markets. * **Handle incoming sales leads, create tailored quotes, actively follow up and convert them into orders**. * Support customers after sales: deliveries, claims, returns, installation help, payment issues. * Process orders and returns in our systems (including web shops and marketplaces like Bol.com). * Identify commercial opportunities during customer contact and promote relevant products or solutions. * Contribute to process improvements and a better customer experience. * Participate in projects related to the role. **What you bring:** * Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written). * Good level of English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus, but not a need. * Experience in **customer service, sales, telesales or account management** is an advantage. * Confident in using MS Office. * Strong communication skills and a proactive, **commercial mindset**. * Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail. * Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in a hybrid, international environment, sometimes supporting other teams or markets while managing written requests in multiple languages
