What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Three or more years of industry experience, Experience with Order Management systems, Excellent problem solving skills, Excellent communication and customer service skills, Ability to handle multi-projects simultaneously, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Bilingual (Spanish/English), GED or high school diploma, One to two years previous customer service experience
Nice to Have
Oracle experience a plus
What You'll Do.
Communicate with sales team
carriers and warehouses
special event and other orders
Ensure on-time delivery
Plan and arrange shipments
Research and resolve delivery issues
Issue credit or send replacements
Maintain customer and 3PL relations
Support supply chain planning
Support sales operations
Support expansion projects
Fill out contract forms
Determine charges for service
Enter customer standard updates
Adjust complaints concerning billing or service
Investigate and solve service issues
Manage and approve logistics costs
efficient and exceptional customer service
Handle inquiries on billing discrepancies
Handle product inquiries
Handle order tracking
Handle payment issues
Handle general inquiries
Enter orders aligning with stock availability
Build relationships with Marketing and Sales team
Provide information on sales leads/customer feedback
Implement appropriate solutions
