Must Have

Knowledge of customer service processes including estimating, order processing, and vendor coordination, written communication skills with the ability to create correspondence and documentation, verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly, Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks, problem-solving and organizational skills, Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Nice to Have

4 years of customer service or customer support experience, Associate’s degree preferred, Experience in commercial printing or finishing

What You'll Do.

Serve as a key point of contact for sales representatives

Support order processing

and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Act as a point of contact for designated accounts

Anticipate customer needs and respond quickly and accurately

Support sales teams with product details

Translate customer project requirements and communicate with production facilities

Track project status across multiple locations

Maintain and document SOPs for customer accounts

Receive and document customer complaints and issues

Resolve product or service issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions

Monitor inventory levels and issue purchase orders as needed

Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams

Provide backup coverage for sales territories as needed

Calculate pricing and shipping charges
