Must Have

High School Diploma or GED required, 1-3 years of experience in customer service or customer operations, Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, Computer literacy (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Gmail and Google documents), Ability to report to work on time and perform full shift, High speed internet access for occasional work from home capabilities, knowledge of basic computer set up, Ability to work on local holidays to support the North American business, Professional communication skills, Active listening skills, Ability to build relationships by phone and e-mail, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Highly action‑oriented and self‑directed, Ability to act on feedback, Ability to drive positive results, Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems, Collaborative team player, Ability to establish solid working relationships with stakeholders, Desire to challenge current processes for improvement, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, ability to learn CRM, ERP, and contract systems, Customer focus, communication, problem solving, process management, organization, time management, composure, drive for results, exemplary work ethics, high standards of integrity

Nice to Have

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced focused roles, Experience with contract administration or accounting is considered beneficial

What You'll Do.

Respond to customer inquiries

Document customer interactions

Maintain customer contracts

Process contract renewals

Process purchase orders

Prepare billing requirements

Generate billing corrections

Resolve invoice disputes

Manage customer portal registrations

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Serve as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, sales leadership, and internal partners; Coordinate updates with internal partners; Establish solid working relationships with stakeholders

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Professional communication skills; Active listening skills; Ability to build relationships by phone and e-mail
