Your mission is to assist customers to ensure a positive customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative you will: Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Address and resolve customer issues and answer questions related to insurance products purchased through our online platform. Provide prompt and effective service with professionalism, aiming for customer satisfaction. Update and maintain customer information in the company's customer management (CRM) system. Coordinate with Pricefox partners to address and fulfill customer requests. Collaborate and support the sales department Handle customer complaints, offering appropriate solutions within specified timeframes.
