Responsibilities You’ll be the friendly, professional presence that represents our Service Department, delivering a first-class experience to every client who walks through our doors or calls in. Welcome and assist service guests in our lounge, offering refreshments and a first-class experience Support the Service Drive by assisting advisors and ensuring smooth client flow Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions via phone and email Qualifications Required: At least 1 year of customer service experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Schedule Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Occasional Saturday shifts as needed Sundays plus one additional weekday off Compensation This position offers $20.00.hour – $24.00/hour depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses, including Individual Appointment Shown incentives.
