**Customer Service Representative** Polyram Compounds, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our relationships and correspondence with Polyram Compounds’ customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service, excellent problem-solving skills utilizing great communication, and the ability to effectively manage multiple relationships and priorities. **Responsibilities:** * Be a Polyram representative with customers * Take orders from customers * Place orders into an ERP system * Work with production planning on order dates and order confirmation * Relay information between the customer and the plant * Work with marketing and sales **Qualifications:** * Previous experience in customer service. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent conflict resolution skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
