This is a non-technical role focused on delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and supporting customer needs with empathy and efficiency. **What you will do:** · Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both French and English · Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies · Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care · Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems · Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution · Uphold company standards and service guidelines in every interaction · Identify and report recurring issues or customer feedback to improve service quality **Who you are :** · Fluent in **French and English (spoken and written)** · Experienced in customer service or a similar client-facing role · __Familiar with basic computer systems and willing to learn new tools is a must__ · Preferred past experience with CRM tools like **Salesforce** or **Zendesk**. · A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills · Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks · Calm under pressure
