What You'll Do.

Serve as first point of contact

Respond to customer inquiries promptly

Build rapport and provide personalized recommendations

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

Gather valuable feedback

Build client relationships through consistent communication

Act as brand ambassador delivering white-glove service

Process phone and online orders

Monitor and update customer accounts

Assist in onboarding new clients

Guide clients through company systems

Coordinate with operations teams for timely delivery

Support clients in navigating tech-enabled platforms

Provide solutions to customer issues

Troubleshoot common problems independently

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism

Escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams

Keep clients updated on escalated issues

Handle difficult conversations calmly

Review bills and usage patterns

Spot trends to form hypotheses

Translate technical or billing information

Document all customer interactions

Maintain accurate notes
