Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree, Experience using CRM systems (e. g. , Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar), Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment

Tyler Union, a division of McWane, Inc., is the nation’s leading manufacturer of Ductile Iron Waterworks Fittings and Appurtenances has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. Tyler Union's main manufacturing facility is located in Anniston, AL. The primary focus of this position is to manage client relationships and provide service to existing customers with a strong emphasis on daily work within the company’s CRM system, entering orders and ensuring accurate and timely shipment. Customer service both before and after the sale will be required. The Customer Service Representative acts as a customer advocate while supporting the Outside Sales team in their sales and relationship efforts. This role operates in a collaborative remote team environment and requires proactive communication across distributed stakeholders. CSRs are required to use product knowledge to generate solutions that meet customer needs and company objectives. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage priorities proactively, and maintain accuracy within CRM systems.
