Must Have

1+ years of experience in a customer service, front office role, Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, and basic functions

Nice to Have

Experience in a hospital or medical office setting, Ability to clearly convey patient account information, Organizational and critical thinking capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently or as part of a team, Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines

Help patients understand billing statements

Post payments and adjustments accurately

Work with team members to resolve billing issues

Keep patient records accurate

Log customer interactions

Act as a liaison between patients
