What You'll Do.
Communicate with customers through email
Respond to queries in a professional manner
Ask necessary questions to ensure correct product or
Represent warranties and charging policies
Clearly communicate any charges and payments due
Enter all data into AccuQuote
Ensure complete and accurate information
Document all service issues on the service order
Ensure accuracy of all parts entered
Request/process payment prior to ordering for chargeable service
Enter all notes provided by service technicians
Process paperwork to completion
Reorder parts if necessary
Effectively communicate with customers through email
Work well with internal customers including sales
Communicate with other interdependent departments
Represent Service in meetings
Review and conform to corporate and departmental operating
Maintain and create Department Operating Procedures
Call and confirm access for builders and homeowners
