Must Have
High School Degree or General Education Degree (GED), Three to five years related customer service experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Here's your opportunity to join an amazing family-owned business that has been around for nearly 100 years! _**What You’ll Do:**_ Provide effective customer service and dispatch support through in-depth knowledge of company products, programs and services. _**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** _ * Talk with customers by phone and enter data into computer system. * Solicit future orders from customers and enter orders into computer system. * Negotiate with customers’ acceptable delivery times to prevent lost orders. * Document customer complaints and forward to Dispatch Manager and/or Sales Representative. * Assist Dispatch Manager in tasks as required. _**Requirements:**_ * High School Degree or General Education Degree (GED). * Three to five years related customer service experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
