What You'll Do.

Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with all customers

Order entry and verification

Work with Operations for Stocking Programs

Provide prompt and accurate responses to Sales and customer requests for expediting orders with Purchasing and Internal Suppliers

Reply to customer inquiries for order status and pricing updates in a timely manner

Maintain and grow customer base by providing outstanding customer service and opportunities to up-sell

Assist/provide back-up for co-workers when required

Comply with all quality related policies

and system requirements

All other duties as required by the sales department and the organization

Reporting directly to the Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager. Functionally responsible along with all members of the Customer Service and Sales Team concerning day to day sales matters, and the Production Team concerning order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
