Full Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for completing the day-to-day tracking and tracing of Brokerage loads. The primary focus of the Customer Service Representative is to work with Carrier Procurement and Sales to monitor on-time service and communicate any issues while maintaining a high level of customer service. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Monitor all pickups and deliveries of Brokerage loads, working closely with the operations team * Update times and location of loads in tracking software (TMW) * Communicate all potential service issues to Sales and Procurement * Provide prompt and professional responses to customer requests for additional information through written and verbal communication * Act as the right hand of client’s to our customers and carriers Working conditions : * Working schedule: 1 pm - 10 pm EST, Monday–Friday * OFFICE mode of work (Belgrade or Lviv office) * 10+ business days of paid time off * Team building and corporate events * Equipment provided * A supportive team ## Requirements 1.
