Spot Quoting Operations (All Transport Modes) * Process spot quote requests for air , ocean , road , rail , and multimodal solutions from European origins to global destinations. * Analyze shipment requirements (dimensions, weight, routing, deadlines, special handling) and propose the most suitable transport mode and routing options. * Retrieve rates from internal tools and systems to build competitive, accurate quotes. * Ensure all spot quotes are created, updated, and closed in internal systems within the required deadlines. * Prioritize urgent requests and communicate proactively with branches and stakeholders. * Ensure full compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and customer‑specific requirements. * Maintain a
