Full Job Description

_**Customer Service & Operations Administration Support **_ **Contract Type: **Full time (37.5 hours per week), temporary contract **Contract Term: **Start ASAP for 2-3 months **Salary: **€30,000 per annum **Day to day duties:** * Triage shared inboxes and log/update customer queries in Activewhere * Support scheduling and admin for service jobs (appointments, updates, trackers, job sheets) * Handle general admin tasks (POs, invoices, data entry, report updates) * Help clear backlogs and keep records accurate and up to date **Requirements** * Comfortable using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook and Word) * Good written and verbal communication skills * Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment * Reliable, proactive and willing to learn **Benefits** * Monday - Friday Days working pattern * 23 days' holiday + Bank Holidays - increasing with long service * Company Pension scheme * Company Sick Pay (after qualifying period) * Shopping discounts with Perks at Work * 24 hours access to Employee Assistance Programme * Volunteering Day * Employee support network and mental health assistance * Opportunity for career progression
