ABOUT YOUR ROLE: 跟进处理客户订单并为客户提供优质服务。 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * 执行公司客户服务流程,受理订单,检查订单执行情况,促进订单履行的及时性及准确性并符合客人要求; * 通过电话、电邮、传真等,及时受理及跟进客户的咨询,建议及意见等; * 遵循公司的流程及服务标准,及时受理及跟进客户投诉; * 通过日常工作与客建立良好的合作关系,主动分析潜在销售机会,促成更多订单成交以及积极配合主管完成团队的销售目标。 * 完成公司及部门各项要求,如服务水平、成本控制、质量成本等方面; * 遵守公司各项政策、各项系统操作规程及各项规章制度,积极配合和参与公司质量认证,安全,5S等在部门内的开展; * 积极支持和协助部门其他员工完成各项任务及目标; * 跨部门团队合作,推动订单及项目执行; * 积极参与公司各类型改善项目; * 积极配合及参与个人及部门业绩考核;. * 参与及提供对新员工的指导和培训; * 管理人员安排及上司安排的其它工作。 ## Qualifications * 大专或以上学历,及2年以上相关行业(跟单、客户服务等)工作经验; * 英语听说读写熟练,熟悉电脑操作,Windows操作系统及Windows办公软件( Word, Excel等); * 以客户为导向,为关注客户需求,具备良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心; * 良好的表达能力和沟通能力; * 有一定的应变能力、协调能力、问题处理能力及危机意识, 能独立处理紧急问题/事件; * 工作态度积极主动; * 有一定分析问题能力,擅长数据处理; * 具有辅导/培训新员工经验者优先。
