Hello! We`re **Abakus School** \- we’re a leading international school of **neuromathematics and cognitive development** for children aged 5–12, blending online and offline learning with a science-backed, neuropedagogical approach. As we grow across Europe, we’re expanding our support team to better serve familiesin **English and Romanian**. **Your Role** **Be the trusted point of contact for parents and teachers — from onboarding to course completion. You’ll:** Support clients via chat, email, and calls on our platform Manage schedules, course changes, teacher swaps, and account updates Communicate clearly and warmly in **English and Romanian** Solve issues fast, anticipate needs, and boost satisfaction with our services Run check-in calls and handle feedback with care Keep records accurate and workflows smooth **Requirements** High level of **English and Romanian** (speaking & writing) Russian language on a basic level (general understanding of speech in russian) Tech-savvy: quick with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, chat platforms Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented Great at multitasking, staying calm under pressure Team player with initiative, optimism, and a service mindset Experience in customer support or education is a bonus — but your attitude and skills matter most. **Benefits** Fully remote role in a supportive, mission-driven team Paid training & growth opportunities Make a real difference in children’s learning journeys Fixed salary: first test month & onboarding - **700** euros, after the test month - **900** euros **before taxes.** **If you’re organized, caring, and love helping people — we’d love to hear from you.** **Let’s grow together. **🌱
