Must Have

Bachelor's in business administration, engineering, logistics or related areas, Four to six years as a leader in order management and logistics flow, Experience on Customer Service and Order to Delivery Process, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience programs, Previous experience on SAP, Able to think outside the box with innovation and creativity, Empowerment to take decisions, Stronger influencer, Customer Centric Orientation, Passion to provide service to the customer, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Capable to design and review procedures and workflows, Bilingual is required, French and English

Nice to Have

Having exercised leadership by managing professional services and outsourcing contracts in order management, logistics and planning processes is a plus

What You'll Do.

Manage full Order Management cycle

Coordinate logistics operations with 3PL partners

Monitor operational performance

Control logistics costs

Generate reports for stakeholders

Manage contracts and suppliers

Lead continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with quality standards

Act as liaison between Supply Chain and commercial teams

Acts as a key liaison between Supply Chain and commercial teams, ensuring alignment on service levels and customer requirements.
