We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Intern to support our Customer Relations Executive to join our team. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Customer Care Team. _**In this role you will be responsible for:**_ * Uncover customer needs and interact with our products and services through various initiatives including CVC, CSAT, or CES surveys via Outbound Calls, Email & Texting across customer touchpoint * Deep understanding on customer insights by identify the pain points and opportunities through the surveys * Handling customer contact activities includes sales, customer feedback with Customer Relationship Management System * Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills when interacting at all level, be it among peers & managers or with customers * Working in a team to achieve the required Key Performance Index (KPI) & SLA (Service Level Agreement) Duration: Depending on your university's requirement **Requirements** _**The ideal candidate will possess:**_ * Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management course) * Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis **Benefits** * Monthly allowance * Opportunity to be absorbed as permanent employee (based on your work
