Perform customer relationship activities

Enhance branch productivity
Create repair order tasks
Review maintenance reports
Coordinate with rental counter
Coordinate outside repair with vendors
Contribute to cost containment
Execute parts inventory management processes
Make recommendations on min-max levels
Manage parts obsolescence
Ship warranty and return parts
Organize and ensure cleanliness in parts room
Handle all incoming shop calls
Perform clerical duties within shop operations
Process all Accounts Payable
Create repair orders for technicians
