What You'll Do.
Perform specialized administrative processes
Manage and resolve customer disputes
Assist customers with total loss claims
Support customers going through bankruptcy
Make outbound phone calls to consumers
Make outbound phone calls to dealers
Make outbound phone calls to insurance companies
Make outbound phone calls to other 3rd party
Provide feedback to management
Suggest potential solutions to management
Assist managers in training associates
Support new associates
Cross-train on departmental activities
Collaborate on departmental activities
Index customer correspondence
Foster a collaborative culture
Facilitate achievement of business plan objectives
Work closely with other associates
Work closely with members of management
Participate in special projects
Perform additional assignments
