What You'll Do.
Improve customer communications quality and consistency
Perform customer relationship activities
Execute customer communication protocol
Drive improvement of Customer Satisfaction (CSI) scores
Enhance branch productivity through scheduling and planning
Create repair order tasks and update work planning sheet
Review maintenance reports to identify and schedule preventative maintenance
Coordinate with rental counter for repair requirements
Coordinate outside repair with vendors and customers
Provide resource for management team
Contribute to cost containment through inventory planning
Execute parts inventory management processes
Make recommendations on min-max levels
Manage parts obsolescence
Ship warranty and return parts
Organize and ensure cleanliness in parts room
Handle all incoming shop calls
Perform clerical duties within shop operations
Process all Account Payable
Create repair orders for technicians
Contribute to cost containment through inventory planning
Enhance branch productivity through scheduling and planning
Perform other duties as assigned
