Load closed orders onto system
Identify large order variations
Resolve data accuracy issues
Release picking lists for deliveries
Follow complete supply chain
Reach targeted service levels
Monitor safety stock levels
Alert when min/max levels reached
Manage co-operation and logistics issues
Ensure correct parameters are applied
Initiate corrective action plans
Ensure returnable packaging loops adhered to
Prevent packaging shortages
Prepare Customs documentation for exporting
Communicate precise information to customers
Adapt communication method and frequency
Meet Customer contacts regularly
Ensure demand feasibility internally
Negotiate planned delivery dates
Ensure internal scheduling launched
Make production sequencing based on demand
Measure daily service rate
Propose action plans to improve service level
Identify blocking points
Plan quick actions to solve blocking points
Alert sales in event of crisis
