At our production unit, integrated in 2022, we develop state-of-the-art technologies for electric mobility, offering compact and highly reliable products for various types of hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and electric vehicles. ## **TASKS:** _**Customer Demand planning**_ * Integrate customer orders into the system * Monitor demand changes and highlight major forecast deviations * Manage deliveries and ensure on-time performance * Oversee end-to-end supply chain (procurement, production, shipping) and follow up on issues * Coordinate with logistics partners and maintain key parameters * Support new projects ramp-up and follow-up packaging availability _**Production Planning**_ * Ensure customer demand is met through effective production planning * Ensure the feasibility of the Customers’ programs internally * Launch and adjust production schedules based on priorities * Track service levels and implement improvement actions * Maintain optimal inventory levels _**Identify potential interruptions in Supply Chain**_ * Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions * Escalate issues and align priorities with Sales and customers * Monitor and follow up on action plans **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum BSc degree in economics / business / logistics or related field or equivalent work experience * At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing environment * Proficient kno
