What You'll Do.
Manage customer demands and sales operation plan
Integrate customer requirements into system
Identify and highlight order variations
Release picking lists for deliveries
Follow supply chain and chase if necessary
Monitor safety stock levels
Manage co-operation and logistics issues
Ensure correct parameters are applied
Initiate corrective action plans
Be aware of P1 and P0 projects
Ensure returnable packaging loops are adhered
Prepare customs documentation for exporting
Communicate precise and reliable information
Meet customer contacts regularly
Ensure customer demand is met
Ensure feasibility of customer programs internally
Negotiate planned delivery dates upstream
Ensure internal scheduling is launched
Make production sequencing based on demand
Measure daily service rate
Propose action plans to improve service
Identify blocking points and plan actions
Alert sales in event of crisis
Define priorities with customer and internally
Follow evolution of action plans
Escalate through Logistics Red Alert
Ensure backup for each customer
Train backup on customer management
Ensure position is covered during holidays
Notify customers of absence
Lead and coordinate Supply Chain checklist activities
Define supply chain concepts
Support quotation phases
Engineer detailed logistics solutions
and lead Logistics FMEA
Ensure compliance with industry standards
Manage and track obsolete inventories
Balance Supply Chain project tasks
Manage routine Customer Service logistics
Manage urgent shipments
Coordinate carrier bookings
Process Electronic Release Orders
Apply analytical and financial skills
Support strategic decision-making
Utilize interpersonal and communication skills
