No two days are the same. **Mō te Tūranga | About the Role** We have several opportunities for entry level bankers to join our Customer Connections Hub **starting in August 202****6**. If you have at least two years of strong customer service experience & a real passion for a career in banking, this could be the role for you! No previous banking experience is required. You will be on the phone and via messaging chat with our customers helping them with anything from forgetting their pin to needing general banking advice, previous contact centre experience is highly valuable. You will be based out of our offices in either **Auckland, ****Hamilton**** or Christchurch.** Our standard working hours are between 8am to 8pm seven days a week. **What will the first three months look like?** The first 3 months in the role will be dedicated to learning and then embedding the tools of the trade. You will spend time with our Learning and Development team and be supported by our Nesting crew; learning about our business, products, policies, systems and processes. Beyond this you will work with your Team Manager who will support with enhancing conversation and written communication skills, putting in place an operating rhythm and then pulling it all together to have engaging and authentic conversations with our customers to help solve their enquiries.
