What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience (call center or retail), High school diploma or equivalent, Available for an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6am - 8pm, People-focused approach and solution mindset, Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls, communication skills
