Assist customers at counter
Respond to customer inquiries
Enter customer orders
Stage customer orders
Follow Health and Safety rules
Operate material handling equipment
Support receiving materials
Organize incoming materials
Put away incoming materials
Maintain counter environment
Maintain warehouse environment
Follow up on customer orders
Follow up on backorders
Follow up on delivery timelines
Process warranty claims
Build relationships with customers
Contribute to repeat business
Assist with inventory counts
Assist with general PC operations
Adhere to company policies
Adhere to company procedures
