Eligibility Requirements

willing to wear a company uniform, can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of customer service experience, at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship, basic computer navigation skills

Nice to Have

speaking other languages is a plus

What You'll Do.

ensure seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents

checking the validity of driver’s licenses

and requesting additional documentation when needed

assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges when necessary to meet business needs

offer additional products and services

such as prepaid fuel and toll passes

while addressing any questions or concerns

finalize rental agreements by confirming documents

and providing accurate receipts

inspect returned vehicles for damages

ensure personal belongings are removed

and maintain a clean workstation in line with corporate standards to support efficient operation
