Log and classify complaints

Maintain and update customer data

Create and document cases

Take ownership of first-line queries

Identify potential sales leads

Manage inbound claims

Conduct transactional surveys

Engage with customers

Maintain and nurture clients

Handle inbound customer queries

Ensure customer data is accurate

Support local marketing efforts

Conduct welcome calls

Respond to emergency service calls

Gather information and dispatch technicians

Monitor and respond to alerts

Keep customers informed

Communicate directly with passengers
