Must Have
high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of customer service experience, at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship, basic computer navigation skills, familiar with Microsoft Office applications, can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, open to travel (5-10%), willing to wear a company uniform

What You'll Do.

such as prepaid fuel and toll passes
while addressing any questions or concerns
finalize rental agreements by confirming documents
and providing accurate receipts
inspect returned vehicles for damages
ensure personal belongings are removed
and maintain a clean workstation in line with corporate standards to support efficient operation
