High school diploma or GED, At least 1 year customer service experience, At least 18 years old, Valid driver’s license, Clean driving record, Authorized to work in the United States, Basic computer navigation skills, Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, Work 40 hours per week, Willing to wear a company uniform

Nice to Have

Speaking other languages is a plus

What You'll Do.

Welcome all customers upon arrival

Gather feedback to improve rental experience

Ensure customers take all personal belongings

Discreetly check vehicles for damage

Direct vehicle issues to appropriate channels

Advise customers on rental charges

Provide an accurate receipt

Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance

Identify and tag vehicles for grounding

Ensure vehicles are moved to correct location
