What You'll Do.
Welcome all customers upon arrival
Gather feedback to improve rental experience
Ensure customers take all personal belongings
Discreetly check vehicles for damage
Direct vehicle issues to appropriate channels
Advise customers on rental charges
Provide an accurate receipt
Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance
Identify and tag vehicles for grounding
Ensure vehicles are moved to correct location
