What They're Looking For.

Must Have

high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of customer service experience, at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship, basic computer navigation skills, familiar with Microsoft Office applications, work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, willing to wear a company uniform

Nice to Have

speaking other languages is a plus

What You'll Do.

discreetly check vehicles for damage

direct any issues to the appropriate channels

advise customers on rental charges

provide an accurate receipt

identify and tag vehicles for maintenance or grounding
