***Customer Service Agent**** Salary potential €31,700 a year (OTE) - €27,592 year + Bonus Are you passionate about helping others and going the extra mile? If so, come join our Customer Service Team here at HomeSecure. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent. Full training will be provided on our suite of products to assist customers with their Alarms. Along with extensive training on our billing processes. HomeSecure.ie are Ireland's Fastest Growing Home Alarm and Monitoring Company with over 30,000 happy customers throughout Ireland. As a result of continued growth and success, we are seeking to recruit experienced Customer Service Agents to join our team. This vacancy is an onsite position in HomeSecure HQ in Sandyford. Working in our Customer Service team, you will: Troubleshoot any customer issue and resolve it for them, keeping them informed as you progress- scheduling of engineer resources as required. Notifying management if there are gaps in our service that need action. On an ongoing basis you will work with our partners to ensure our customers are always taken care of. Work as part of a busy team but also able to use your initiative to seek solutions and efficient ways to support our customer. Actively listen to our customers and anticipate their needs with empathy. Troubleshoot any customer issue and resolve it for them, notifying management if there are gaps in our service that need action. Accurately use our systems and support the administration of customer accounts, taking payments etc. Be focused on achieving your KPIs and challenge your own performance every day. As a Customer Service Agent you will be: Fluent in English both spoken and written.
