Must Have
Prior experience in a customer facing role, Ability to analyse problems and come up with innovative solutions, Ability to identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to enhance products and improve service delivery, Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all team members, Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment, Ability to maintain a high-level of quality, Detail-oriented, Passion for great customer outcomes
Nice to Have
Experience in a client services or customer service position, An interest in both Cars and Watches, Fluency in either Italian, German, Swedish, Dutch, French, Cantonese or Mandarin
What You'll Do.
Provide excellent customer service locally and internationally
Assist customers with enquiries both pre and post auction
Identify improvements in processes
Identify sales opportunities with clients to maintain customer retention
Facilitate the smooth and efficient collection of managed watches
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone
Cultivate and maintain relationships with both sellers and buyers
Accurately record and track all customer interactions
and relevant information within Salesforce
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues
Provide support to the various consignment teams during live auctions
Stay up-to-date on current and future changes on our terms and conditions
Contribute to process continuous improvements within the customer service team
Collaborate with other departments
Handle sensitive customer information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
