We offer a place where you can feel safe, be supported, and make an impact so we can all focus on the future together. **Main Responsibilities** **** * Administration of key company accounts for customers with major retail brands. * Organising the dispatch of finished goods to the end customer which will involve communication with internal and external sources. * Provide internal support for Commercial Team. * Co-ordinate the reduction of finished goods holding. * Maintain and update customer records. * Deal efficiently with customer complaints. * Interface with Production, Scheduling and Quality teams to monitor customer orders. * Collating and generating internal production requirements. * Supporting the Customer Service and Supply Chain Teams by carrying out any administrative duties. * Collate weekly reports using excel to support business requirements. · To adhere to the Health and Safety policy, following all company policies and procedures that have been put in place to ensure your welfare and that of others.
