### **Customer Sales Representative (Inbound Sales) – Remote | High Conversion | Plumbing Services** **Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** U.S. Hours (Evenings & Weekends Required) ### **About the Role** We’re hiring a **Customer Sales Representative (CSR)** to handle high-volume inbound calls and convert customer inquiries into **booked plumbing jobs and memberships**. This is a **sales-first customer service role** — not just answering calls. You’ll guide conversations, solve problems, and confidently move customers toward booking services while delivering a **professional, customer-first experience**.
