Willing to travel 10-20% out of the area as needed
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven & tested experience in customer management, Account management experience, Retail sales management experience for a CPG company, Owned a desk of at least $10MM of business, Manage and balance a large trade budget, Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Proficiency in proprietary Sales systems, Analytical skills, Use syndicated and/or ambiguous data to develop comprehensive business plans, Analyze category and brand performance, Influence the customer to achieve category objectives
Nice to Have
Experience with IRI, Experience with Spark
What You'll Do.
Own and be responsible for selling and executing across various categories
Serve as the liaison between Kraft Heinz and the Customer’s category management team
Lead selling activities
Drive efforts tied to improving gross margin and market share
Partner with the customer and build rapport at all levels
Achieve New Item Authorization goals
Achieve Distribution goals
Achieve Base Business Objectives
Achieve promotional revenue objectives by tactic
Drive Period & Selling Event
Implement Kraft Heinz pricing strategies for owned categories
Manage execution of assigned category objectives
Maintain files and business documentation
Own business process and Category management
Manage and balance a large trade budget
organize and set/achieve priorities within a CBT framework
