We are looking for an insight driven, proactive and curious individual to join our Albertson's team as a Customer Sales Analyst. The Customer Sales Analyst is a sales position that provides business insights and unit/revenue growth recommendations through category research delivered to Customer Business Teams. This role will leverage a deep understanding of the consumer, customer, competitive set, and company goals to identify insights to drive the business; and will lead stakeholder thinking to turn those insights into action. If you seek to grow to your full potential, this is an incredible opportunity to support our largest customer and grow our beloved brands! **Essential Functions & Responsibilities** * Identify insights, present learnings, and deliver business recommendations to drive joint business growth. * Collaborate with the sales & corporate teams to achieve customer unit, revenue, distribution, feature, and display goals. * Design, prepare and deliver regular category, customer, and account performance reports. * Conduct regular reviews and quarterly assessments of key business drivers. * Deliver ad-hoc analysis with curiosity and agility, in a way that proactively uncovers business opportunities. * Develop & build impactful customer specific selling stories that reflect key category business-building initiatives. * Partner with the Sales team to prepare, lead and deliver materials for external meetings. * Attend customer meetings to assist sales team in presenting business cases. * Define and scale best practices across the analyst organization. **Expected Experience & Required Skills** * A self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills. * Excellent collaborator and proven a
