## _Job Description_ **Job Description (JD) for the Standard Customer Review Process** **Job Title:** Customer Review Process Analyst **Objective:** To create a concise, insightful, and actionable story for 42 Standard Customers (Retailers) that empowers field teams to drive category growth, fostering strong collaboration between Retailers and Kraft Heinz Company (KHC). **Key Responsibilities:** **Develop Interactive Customer Review Decks** : Build engaging and informative decks using actionable insights to facilitate collaboration between Retailers and KHC **Data Analysis and Interpretation** : Utilize intermediate-level expertise in data sources such as Circana, Nielsen, Kantar, Symphony and In-house tools to extract relevant data and insights **Microsoft Tool Proficiency** : Leverage intermediate to expert-level skills in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI, to create visually appealing and data-driven decks **Effective Communication** : Develop strong storytelling skills to present data insights to US stakeholders, ensuring clear and actionable recommendations **SLA Quality and Timeliness** : Ensure 100% quality and on-time delivery of customer review decks across all Standard Customers **Value-Added Insights** : a. Identify opportunities to add value to the sales team through possible sales projections before the final review with Retailers b.
