Must Have
High School Diploma or Associate's Degree, 2 years' customer service experience, End to End processing experience, PC literacy, Written and verbal English communication skills
Nice to Have
SAP experience, Skywise experience, C4C experience, Back Office experience, Freshdesk experience, Aviation knowledge
What You'll Do.
Manage customer specific open order book
Build and maintain customer satisfaction
Respond to customer requests and inquiries
Identify and resolve blockers for quotes and orders
Manage open order book
Support on-time material delivery
Train customers in e-commerce platforms
Support absence by other specialists
Attend team and departmental meetings
Ensure continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
Ensure Open Order Book Health
Ensure First Qualified Response Time
Ensure Ticket Resolution Time
Ensure Overdue Deliveries Performance Levels
Ensure Quality of Responses
Inform managers about progress and status
Advise on undesirable conditions
Propose potential solutions for improvements
Participate in occupational safety and health efforts
Stay informed about SATAIR's business
Achieve department and company KPIs
Lead external key customer meetings
Participate in functional and cross-functional activities
Contribute to increase in customer satisfaction
Enhance internal and external communication
Assist other account teams and regions
