What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Experience with mechanical seals, Experience with rotating equipment, Experience with basic engineering principles, PC and software knowledge, knowledge of personal computers, knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of machining practices, Moderate level of understanding of the financial aspects of a manufacturing operation, Capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously, Effective written and verbal business communications, Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner, Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Previous participation in continuous improvement activities, Experience working in a diverse environment with a global company

Maintain equipment survey
Communicate with customers

Provide recommendations
Provide technical assistance
Make technical presentations
Provide customer training
Assist with Management of Change
